新产品导入工程师的职位要求：
-工作积极主动，有独立完成工作的能力；
-具有3年以上在生产性质企业相关工作经验；
-对于机电/风电产品有一定的认识；
-能够翻译英文资料和基本交流；
-熟悉ISO2000工厂内部流程；
-具有一定的沟通能力；
职位描述：
-负责外购风电产品或新开发产品的导入（厂内和厂外新产品导入）；
-负责试产前的所有准备工作；
-负责制定BOM、制作整机作业指导SOP/SIP、工艺要求、工位工时、电气测试制具等；
-制作新产品的技术规格书中英文；
-制作新产品PPT对公司内部进行新产品培训；
-指导和培训生产现场工作人员按照规定作业；
-负责新产品变更通知及追踪；
-关键性部件的规格确认及对内对外沟通；
-推动整个项目的进度与合作；

-Responsible for product of wind power of outsourcing or new production introduction;
-Responsible for all preparatory work of before trial-produce;
-Responsible for make BOM、SOP、SIP、process requirements、working location and working time、electrical testing;
-Making technical specification of new production in English and Chinese;
-Making PPT of new production for training in company;
-Counseling and training local employee to work;
-Responsible for change notice of new products and tracking;
-To confirm specification of critical piece and communication;
-To push cooperation of project and schedule;
