汇报对象:大区经理
职位要求:
1. 自动化相关专业,本科学历;
2. 3年以上DCS或仪表相关产品销售经验,1年以上销售管理经验;具备项目招投标及项目管理经验,自动化行业、DCS或相关产品的销售经历者优先;
3. 良好的团队合作者,愿履行任何职责以提供超出客户期望的服务;
4. 良好的沟通技巧,英文读写熟练,可以进行简单的口语交流, 熟悉电脑操作者优先。
工作职责:
1. 从事DCS系统和相关设备的销售;
2. 执行公司的销售政策和关键指标,为客户提供系统的解决方案,完成公司的销售目标;
3. 协助大区经理建立区域销售战略,进行市场资源的规划、整合与调控,负责区域的销售管理事宜;
4. 组建销售渠道,规范销售流程,执行销售政策;
5. 重点项目的直接跟踪,确保重点区域和关键项目的成功;
6. 收集和反馈竞争情况,市场表现,包括产品的价格和基本周期。行业或者特定客户的变化趋势;
7. 与公司其他部门积极协调配合确保项目的顺利实施,售后服务工作的有序开展,保证公司业务在本区域内的长期可持续发展。
Position:Sales Manager
Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree in Automation or related majors.
2. Minimum 3 years working experiences in sales of DCS or instruments and related products / systems, 1 year experience in sales management; Experience in project tender, and project management in Automation industry, DCS or related fields is preferred.
3. Good team spirit, willing to take any responsibility to provide service beyond customer’s expectation.
4. Good communication skill, fluent in reading and written English, can speak Basic English. A good computer skill is preferred.
Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the sales of DCS system and relevant products.
2. Execute company sales policy, provide systematic solution to customers, achieve sales target of company.
3. Assist Regional Sales Manager to set up regional sales strategy, plan, integrate and regulate market resources; manage sales related matters of the responsible areas
4. Build sales channel, standardize sales processes, and implement sales policies and procedures.
5. Follow up project status; ensure success of key areas and projects.
