POSITION OBJECTIVES
a.To provide marketing and consultation services to internal & external clients for effective PlantWeb Architecture
b.to lead all marketing activities and meet PlantWeb marketing objectives in P. R. China
c.to lead all marketing activities in promoting in P. R. China standard protocols, i.e. Ff/WirelessHart/..., associated with PlantWeb Marketing

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1.to develop and implement PlantWeb business plan and marketing strategies in China to make PlantWeb accepted and adopted by Chinese customers
2.to provide PlantWeb consultation services to internal and external customers
3.on demand basis, to participate in PlantWeb Project Pursuits.
4.to proactively conduct PlantWeb Seminars/Trainings
5.to Develop plans for the development of strategic PlantWeb reference sites, partnerships or alliance in P. R. China
6.to lead developing Quantified Busiess Results (QBR) for strategic PlantWeb installed bases in P. R. China
7.to set up and maintain PlantWeb demo centers throughout P. R. China
8.to be responsible for all PlantWeb promotion activities/articles including catalogues, product literature, newsletters, advertising, exhibitions and sponsorships etc.
9.to provide PlantWeb training programs and technical supports for all sales and marketing staff
10.to manage and disseminate PlantWeb sales tools
11.to manage marketing databases for key industries and competitors analysis in P. R. China

EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE
1.Education / Training
Degree in Engineering, Instrumentation or other related discipline
2.Experience (minimum requirement)
Minimum 3 years experience in Instrumentation in which 1 years should be pertinent with PlantWeb projects
3.Management experience is preferred
