POSITION OBJECTIVE
Expand current market and develop new market opportunities in the China Oil&Gas Industry for RAS product line. Other responsibilities include identification and capture of market intelligence and to perform strategic market assessments, identify new potential markets so as to increase RAS market share.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Account Management of Key Customers such as PetroChina, Sinopec, and CNOOC. This include identify business opportunities and keep good relationship.
2.Indnetify and influence the requirement of customer/end user in terms of RAS product and system.
3.Deliver customer and Design Institute proper RAS application and solution in line with Emerson PlantWeb, AMS & Wireless solutions.
4.Evaluate Oil&Gas market information continuously with respect to the competition, new technology and investment environment.
5.Formulate strategies to help grow RAS Business.
6.Implement best practices for strategic selling and project pursuit.
7.Meet trade booking targets from assigned accounts.
8.Acquire and develop personal knowledge of the RAS products to act function as advisor/consultant.
9.Work with RAS sales engineers and Channels seamlessly to grow RAS China business.
10.Work as a qualified RAS member/interface to contribute China Regionalization and Cross-Divisions cooperation.
11.Lead marketing activities including seminar, road show and industry information.
12.Involve in the business update meeting and customer visits with RAS AP and HQ.

SCOPE
1.SCADA System, RTU, Flow Computer, Batch Controller.
2.Oil&Gas production, transmission and downstream, especial on gas production upstream and well head application.

EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE
1.Bachelor degree in Automation, Electronics Engineering or relative, MBA desirable.
2.At least 6 years sales or project experience for SCADA-RTU / Flow Computing Business in Oil&Gas market.
3.PetroChina or Sinopec working experience is preferred.
4.In-depth understanding of Flow measurement, Process Control and Terminal Automation would be an advantage.
5.Good Written and Oral English.
6.Willing to travel
