职位描述(Job Descriptions)：

1)Consults with customers and field service dispatchers/supervisors to define the scope of work projects.
2)Determines a plan-of-action by studying drawings, schematics, manuals and other pertinent information.
3)Performs and oversees the installation or replacement of equipment.
4)Uses a monitor system to demonstrate equipment and analyze malfunctions.
5)Repairs, replaces or modifies equipment, utilizing the knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, along with using standard test instruments and hand tools. Instructs and directs customers in servicing equipment.
6)Consults with engineering to resolve problems in order to meet or exceed customer expectations.
7)As appropriate submits timesheets in a timely manner. 
8)Prepares detailed and timely service reports for customers and internal distributions.
9)Prepare presentations.
10)Assist engineers on projects.
11)Instructs customers on operations and principles of equipment.
12)Advises management regarding customer satisfaction, product performance and suggestions for product improvements.
13)Periodically performs corrective and preventative maintenance of installed equipment.
14)May assist in all or some of the following areas: customer training, technical assistance, engineering, development and production.

1)Have a good understanding of electrical and/or mechanical principles.
2)Strong verbal and written communication skills.
3)Ability to work with personal computers and various software applications.
4)High competence to operate a variety of test instruments and hand tools.
5)Ability to solve problems with limited guidance.
6)Ability to understand and apply abstract system concepts.
7)Able to meet customer needs in difficult and demanding situations. 
8)1+ years experience in Turbine field. 
9)Bachelor degree.
