1. 自动化及其相关专业本科及以上学历；
2. 具有工业控制及自动化领域1年以上工作经验；
3. 较强的英语读、写能力；
4. 熟悉国内外主流DCS产品；
5. 能熟练使用Microsoft Office软件；
6. 优秀的逻辑分析能力，组织协调能力，良好的沟通能力；
7. 认真敬业，能适应出差要求。
岗位职责：
1. 获取和提炼市场和用户需求，负责产品的需求管理和产品定义工作；
2. 负责组织编写、整理或者改进相应产品的产品文档和技术方案；
3. 负责已发布的自有产品版本的控制与管理；
4. 组织并进行自有产品的内部验收测试工作；
5. 产品内部的售前培训；
6. 配合市场部进行市场调研、推广；
7. 产品技术对外的拓展和合作工作。

Qualifications：
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in automation or related.
2. More than 2 years working experience in industrial control and automation field.
3. Fluent in reading and written English
4. Familiar with domestic and international dominant DCS products.
5. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
6. Strong analytical skills, organizational and coordination capabilities, and good communication skill.
7. Patient, professional dedication and willing to travel frequently.
Job responsibilities：
1. Obtain and refine market and customer demand, responsible for product requirement management and product defining tasks.
2. Responsible for compiling, classifying and improving relevant product documentation and technical proposal.
3. Control and manage published company-owned versions of product documents.
4. Organize and implement internal acceptance test of company-owned products.
5. Internal pre-sales training of products.
6. Cooperate with marketing department to execute market research and promotion.
7. Promote product technology.
