Job Purpose
Responsible for providing ongoing support to AcManagers in closing orders and identifies customer technical / commercial challenges and engages appropriate resources to bring issues to resolution.
KPI (Key Performance Indicator)
Sales target for responsible branch/s for the assigned Business Units.
Key Responsibilities
DO
- Implement sales strategies and plans at the branch level for assigned products and services to meet or exceed annual sales goals.
- Review the forecast and front log, define the growth / recovery activities with defined branches, and document key wins/losses.
- Provide ongoing pre-sales support to Ac Managers in closing orders.
- Identify the customer’s technical / commercial challenges during pre-sales activities and engage appropriate resources to bring issues to resolution.
- Coordinate proof of concept and prepare and present sales proposals to customers.
- Provide business and product updates to sales team and distributors’ product specialists.
- Support commercial events by delivering customer presentations/ seminars.
- Coordinate cross-sales activities.

w Intermediate level of expertise in Motor Control, Standard Drives, MES / Information Systems, Services & Solutions – MPS/CSM and a basic understanding of all our products (specifically, Drive Systems, Services and Solutions)

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCE
w Bachelors in Engineering.
w Min 3 years relevant experience, preferred customer selling experience.
