Job Purpose
Responsible for the provision of technical sales support for the assigned SBU’s as well as operates as primary Business Unit liaison for regional product and application input within the assigned geography.

Key Responsibilities
DO
- Provide pre and post-sales technical support.
- Propose technical solutions and provide product application demonstrations.
- Undertake ‘proof of concept’ work, where required.
- Gather information concerning the capabilities/ application of company products.
- Provide customer conversion assistance.
- Support commercial events by delivering technical presentations/seminars/demos.
- Deliver technical sales competency training.

w High level of expertise and knowledge in Integrated Architecture, Motion Control, Safety, Networks.
w Intermediate level of expertise in Standard Drives, MES / Information Systems, Services & Solutions - MPS, CSM and a basic understanding of all our products (specifically, Drive Systems).
w Intermediate level of expertise in Application Knowledge, Market Research & Analysis (Market & Economic Trends, Customer Buying Behavior, Competitor Research), Training Skills,
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCE
w Bachelors Degree in Engineering
w Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferred customer service experience
