Education and skill required:

1. Graduate from University or Bachelor in Electrical Engineering,Mechanical Engineering ,Materials Science ,or related discipline.

2. Good English and /or German in oral and text form( better than CET 6)

3. Several years experience and expertise as a SMT process engineer is a must

4. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

5. Expertised with statistical analysis tools.

6. Expertised with the methodologies such as FMEA,8D analysis, and DOE

7. Experience with EKRA , Siplace Pro, REHM, Vi-Technology equipment, is a plus

8. Strong capability with Microsoft Office software is a plus.
