Job Scope:
1. Assure the stocks accuracy in SAP system and our manually stock list of our warehouse, try our best to reduce the database wrongly caused us wrong operations.
确保仓库SAP系统帐和手工库存帐目准确，减少并杜绝数据错误而导致的错误安排。
2.To organize the physical distribution of the stored materials/semi-finished products/products according to the procedures established.
根据流程程序对物料、半成品、成品存放进行组织并实施。
3. To guarantee the continuous and frequent supply materials to the workshop productive sections.
确保持续且频繁的向生产线提供所需的物料。
4. To remind relevant persons to deal with the non ok materials in time.
提醒相关人员及时处理不合格的物料
5. Support to supervise the operations of loading, unloading, products packaging and preparation inside the warehouse, especially comply with 5S and FIFO procedures.
管理装货、卸货以及仓库内部所负责的产品包装和准备的工作，尤其是遵循5S和先进先出原则。
6. To check the documentation corresponds with the material identified and with the delivery notes received, and do incoming process after QC passed.
检查随货的送货单与所送的物料是否一致，并在质检检验合格后进行入库手续。
7. To do cycle and yearly stock-counting, create stock status list and provide Finance the incoming record and outgoing record.
负责循环盘点及年度盘点，并制作报表，提供财务每月出入库报表。
8. According to the sales slip or relevant documents to arrange the shipment, and record it in time. And ensure to make insurance and follow up local transportation.
根据销货相关单据进行发货，发货后及时登记账、卡，并负责国内运输及保险.
9.Complete other job assigned by warehouse and logistic supervisor/HOD (waste area management, CCC exemption certification or other import certifications, etc.)
完成上级主管分配的其他工作（垃圾区域及时处理，进口许可CCC证件申请等）
