工作内容：
1. 负责控制产品结构的优化，降低成本，提升装配效率
Responsible for the optimization of the structured products, reduce costs, improve the production efficiency
2. 负责新产品结构件的装配合理性、装配工艺分析及对策。
Responsible for the rationality of the new product structure, analysis the assembly process and give the suggestion.
3. 负责生产工装、设备、工具等研发设计或选型，提高生产效率。
Responsible for the design of production tools and equipment ,improve the production efficiency
4. 负责特殊需求机柜/操作台的处理、设计、实现。（non –standard）
Responsible for desinning and achieving the function of the special cabinets and Console
5. 负责解决装配过程中结构件相关问题。
Responsible for sloving the problems in product about the structure
6. 完成上级领导下达的工作计划和各项目标
Complete the work and plan by superiors, and achieve the goals
任职要求：
1. 本科以上学历；电气工程与自动化、机械工程、机械设计及自动化等相关专业。
Bachelor degree or above; major in Electrical engineering and automation
、Mechanical Engineering、Mechanical Design、automation
2. 有2年以上生产型企业结构件设计相关的工作经验。
Two years experience in production-oriented enterprises for structure design
3. 熟练掌握基本的机械设计、机械工程相关知识。
Master the basic mechanical design, mechanical engineering knowledge
4. 熟悉塑胶件、钣金、压铸等零部件设计，生产工艺、装配设计技巧
Familiar with pieces of plastic, sheet metal, die-casting parts design, andmasterthe production technology, assembly design skills
5. 熟悉产品开发流程、产品行业标准、测试要求。
Familiar with the product development process, product industry standards, testing requirements
6. 掌握3D和2D软件的使用，Pro/E、UG、CAD等制图软件。
Master the use of 3D and 2D software , Pro/E、UG、CAD and so on
7. 熟悉自动化行业的相关产品及产品的功能特性。
8. Familiar with the automation industry,and know about the function of the production
9. 具有良好的组织、协调、跨部门沟通能力。
Have good organization, coordination, and inter-departmental communication skills.
