- Responsibilities:1. To maximize PLC market share & increase revenue in one of the following markets Water/Waste water, Renewable energy (wind, solar), Building Automation and OEM;2. Build market intelligence and help to develop a marketing strategy for the PLC business in specified segments;3. Define the priorities for the markets, elaborate & implement business plans for the segment and build up application know how;4. Establish brand positioning & competitive differentiation platforms in order to win against the competition and deliver unique benefits;Requirement:1. Bachelor degree or above in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering;2. Minimum 3+ years relevant working experiences in New Business Development in one;of the following segments Water/Waste water, Renewable energy (wind, solar), Building Automation and OEM is required;3. Understanding and environments knowledge in automation products;4. Strong marketing sense & sensitive to changes in market environment;5. Possessing thorough knowledge of technical features, strengths & weaknesses of product range;6. Good presentation skills;7. Strong analytical skills and logical thinking;8. Excellent inter-personal skills & ability to influence others;9. Self-motivated and desire to learn and innovate10. Willing to go on business trips frequently as required;11. Solid computer skills (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, LN) for data analysis, research, communication, presentations, database software and web knowledge a plus.
