Job Responsibilities 工作职责
1. Key technical resource in automotivemechanical reliability and performance testing;

2. Perform the test control system design review,commissioning and acceptance test at both factory and customer sites;

3. Oversea and supervise the installation of testsystems for automotive applications;

4. Provide customer training on test systemsolutions;

5. Work with the international team and beinvolved in the product development process.

Job Requirements 任职要求
1. Bachelor or above, majored in Automation,Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, etc.
本科及以上学历，自动化、机电一体化、电气工程等相关专业
2. At least 3 years of experience in automotivemechanical fatigue and durability testing on vehicle/component level;
3年以上汽车机械疲劳和耐久性测试经验
3. Specific awareness of automotive testrequirements and ability to initiate the development of solutions to addressmarket needs
对汽车测试要求有明确的认识，并能启动解决方案的开发以满足市场需求
4. Programming knowledge in LabVIEW, C, or Pythonis preferred;
具备LabVIEW、C或Python编程知识者优先;
5. Good project planning and execution skills,with a proven track record of delivering solutions that meet schedule, cost,and performance objectives;
良好的项目计划和执行能力，具有交付解决方案并满足进度、成本和绩效目标的良好记录
6. Ability to provide technical leadership,planning and task supervision for a team of highly skilled engineers;
有能力为高技能工程师团队提供技术领导、计划和任务监督
7. Excellent documentation, communication, and organizationalability;
