- Goals/Mission: -Develop and support SIVACON switchboards partners in LV Power Distribution field in China. Working Partners/Contacts: -Report to A&D Components Distribution DM section manager A&D CD DM Communication partners: - CD BU internally - SLC regional CEP / CD BDM’s - LV switchboards panel builders - HQ Germany and SFAE Tasks: -Develop selected panel builders as SIVACON partners for Construction Market (CEP) 1. select panel builders, which have good sales network, basic machine tools to manufacture, as candidate of SIVACON “Construction” partners. 2. convince them become SIVACON partners by: - show the advantage of SIVACON switchboards / components - Siemens image / promotion strength in the market etc. Support SIVACON partners: 1. In the sales activities, help them convince customers to use SIVACON 2. In technical side, support partner to use SIMARIS SIVACON, help them to understand the documentation in the software Education: -Bachelor degree, major in electrical engineering or industrial automation. Knowledge/Languages: English:Written and oral fluently Familiar with Windows and Office applications and AUTOCAD Experience: -Professional experience: At least 3 years experience in LV power distribution field Project experience: At least 3 years experience in LV switchboards business in technical configuration / engineering Intercultural experience: experience in multi company preferred
