Title: MV Quality Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:
Work together with JZE Project Manager and JZE Quality Manager, responsible for managing the execution of all quality checks and test procedures on MV drives, managing quality assurance systems. Directly responsible for auditing all process control systems quality assurance systems and quality control processes. Assure highest possible product quality and customer satisfaction.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Work closely with RA Production Manager in JZE on quality control.
2. Work closely with Cambridge staff/JZE application engineering on quality assurance and quality control procedures.
3. Provide assistance and support to Manager, MVD Manufacturing.
4. Work with JZE project manager to coordinate daily production. Technical guidance to shop employees on daily basis on issues related to quality.
5. Maintain close surveillance, audit over manufacturing operations, pretest activities and final testing to ensure, meet RA specification/standard and quality standard, the proper use of manpower, skills, equipment, and facilities.
6. Initiate and implement training program to train/update shop employees on the test procedures and RA quality standards.
7. Working with JZE test personnel, ensure product conformance to bills of material and engineering revisions as well as general mechanical workmanship standards. Record data on non-conformances and initiate corrective action.
8. Working with JZE test personnel, verify operation of product safety features such as door interlock systems, Kirk Keys, and critical electrical clearances.
9. Working with JZE test personnel, interpret customer and electrical test specifications and execute product test to ensure compliance to the specifications. This is the last formal quality evaluation prior to shipment.
10. Working with JZE test personnel, operate / demonstrate products for customer witness tests / inspections prior to shipping.
11. Protect confidential information.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education required:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of education / experience.
Experienced required:
1. A minimum of 2 years cumulative manufacturing experience (manufacturing support, material control, quality, etc.).
2. A minimum of 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience is required
3. Working experience at global company is preferred
