全球领先的技术与工业服务供应商德国福伊特集团近日收购了库卡集团25.1%的股权。所收购的股份主要来自原大股东Grenzebach。交易尚需反垄断机构的审核。交易细节未予披露。

    Grenzebach集团是一家全球范围内的稳健的家族企业，提供自动化工业服务，在全世界各地拥有生产基地，一切活动以服务客户为中心，在世界三种货币流通区：德国、中国、美国都设有生产基地。拥有1600名员工。专注在机器人行李装卸、建材机械技术、飞行模拟、食品加工、玻璃技术、太阳能技术等领域，最新技术开发为AGV小车的解决方案。

　　总部位于德国奥格斯堡的库卡集团是全球领先的机器人和自动化生产系统及解决方案供应商，其客户主要来自于汽车行业。借助三十多年来服务汽车行业的丰富经验，库卡集团也为包括医疗、航空在内的其它行业开发创新的自动化解决方案。库卡集团过去几年来业务增长迅速，盈利性不断提高，2013年营业额达到18亿欧元，息税前利润约为1.2亿欧元。

　　入股库卡集团是福伊特战略性投资的一部分。计算机化和自动化将在未来几年为工业化生产流程带来深刻的变革。而机器人是未来数字化工业、以及“工业4.0”大趋势的关键组成部分。
