在大部分上市公司去年四季度业绩锐降的态势下，森源电气近期发布的业绩超预期公告可谓是鹤立鸡群。记者昨日采访获悉，从目前行业发展情况看，2012年公司景气度仍值得期待。
森源电气将于2012年2月28日披露年报，由于其业绩增长较好，此前公司发布了业绩预告修正公告，修正后公司预计2011年度实现净利润1.27亿元—1.41亿元，比上年同期增长80%—100%。而此前预计的同比增长幅度为30%—50%。从公司方面分析看，业绩超预期增长，既有行业景气度因素，也有公司积极进取之作用。
记者昨日从公司方面获悉，森源电气在2011年迈出了坚实的一大步：公司研发出了适应国家智能电网需求的智能化开关成套设备，电能质量治理装置、轨道交通专用开关成套设备等二十多个新产品。实现公司产品定位高端市场的战略需求。
据公司高管介绍，2011年国内配电网受益于智能电网建设，城乡电网改造，投资增速保持较快增长，且随着国网公司的集中招标，市场份额更多向森源电气这样的优质企业靠拢，公司目前订单充足，各生产线基本处于满负荷运转状态。公司新产品具有高附加值，SAPF等电能质量治理产品具备容量大及运行效果好的优点，今年在河南省内的快速拓展使公司业绩超出预期。
业绩超预期的原因还在于，2011年公司较好的实现了“巩固省内市场，大力拓展省外市场”的销售策略。在巩固传统产品销售市场的同时，进一步依靠传统产品销售渠道的优势，创新营销管理手段、实施团队营销模式，并通过完善销售网络布局、产品推介、加深与设计院的沟通等方式，加强新产品的推广销售，公司毛利较高的新产品销售收入在公司总收入的比重有了较大提高，进一步提高了公司盈利能力，增强了公司整体竞争力，为公司经营业绩的持续增长提供了保障。
谈及2012年的行业景气度，森源电气负责人认为将继续走好。主要是基于，十二五期间，国家将加快现代电网体系建设，进一步扩大西电东送规模，完善区域主干电网，推进智能电网建设，切实加强城乡电网建设与改造，增强电网优化配置电力能力和供电可靠性。国家电网公司也提出，2011年必须确保坚强智能电网建设由规划试点阶段到全面建设阶段的顺利过渡。城乡电网改造，投资增速保持较快增长，且随着国网公司的集中招标，市场份额更多向森源电气这样的优质企业靠拢，为公司提供广阔的发展空间。
公司介绍，不久前，森源电气GW4-（2×）27.5D/J1250-31.5型单、双极户外高压交流隔离开关项目通过郑州铁路局科技成果技术鉴定。产品运行表明，该产品安全可靠并能降低运营成本，推广应用前景广阔。
“实现公司产品定位高端市场的战略需求，继续加强研发入力度，积极进行新产品研发，为公司的持续发展提供了源动力。” 森源电气负责人表示，2012年，森源电气将继续采取“产品差异化”的发展战略，产品定位于高端市场，在巩固和提升高压输配电设备产业化的同时，加强技术创新，加快高压、自动化和智能化进程，进一步拓展电能质量控制和节能电气产品，提升企业综合竞争力，保持产品和技术的领先优势。
