日本最大的综合商社三菱商事株式会社华中地区首家分公司21日落户湖北武汉，截止目前，已有超过200家日企进驻武汉，日本也成为在汉投资第一大国。
三菱商事株式会社副总裁矢野雅英介绍，三菱商事作为日本最大的综合商社，在日本国内及海外约80个国家拥有200多个分支机构，是世界500强企业，经营产品涉及能源、金属、机械、化工、食品、环保等诸多领域。
此次在武汉设立的分公司是三菱商事在中国的第16家分支机构，也是华中地区首家。
此前，三菱商事与武汉的武钢、武船等大型企业都保持着良好的合作关系，分公司设立后双方将在节能环保、新能源、新材料、造船、钢铁、化学、食品等产业开展全面的业务合作。
据悉，日本是武汉市最大的贸易与投资伙伴之一。目前，日本客商在武汉共兴办三资企业222家，这些企业投资总额超过64亿美元，实际使用外资达23.76亿美元，本田、日产、东芝等多家世界500强日企相继在武汉投资发展。
武汉市商务部门介绍，2011年日本大地震发生后，日企在武汉投资一度减少，然而当年下半年却逆势上升，全年新设日资法人企业13户，投资总额4.1亿美元，同比分别增长18.2%和95.2%。
其中，在武汉投资的重点日资企业包括：东风汽车、东风本田、日电光通信、艾帕克汽车配件等。日前，日本零售巨头永旺株式会还表示将在武汉投资兴建三座大型购物中心，项目分别位于武汉的东西湖开发区、武汉经济技术开发区和江岸区。
