- Tasks 1. Drives MES business development within assigned key accounts/markets. 2. Develops strategic/business plans to support market share objectives. 3. Applies expert product/system scope/application understanding; consulting with others to provide complete solutions. 4. Provides advanced/comprehensive technical application assistance in key sales situations. 5. Applies current knowledge of competitor products/activities; recommends appropriate detailed product to fill application gaps. 6. Determines/implements pricing/bid strategies. 7. Develops/implements profitable market strategy. Education Bachelor degree or above in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. Knowledge/Languages Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Experience 1. Over 7 years experience in systems design, software, integration and automation, with at least 2 to 3 years in IT business or system consulting, such as ERP, MRP, SFC, MES, LIMS. Familiar with SAP is a plus. 2. Technical expertise should include PLC/DCS systems, HMI packages, and SCADA systems. 3. Programming experience in C, C++, SQL, VB, proficiency with relational databases (Oracle and SQL), good understanding of Gxp, GMP, GLP, GCP and compliance policies are all a plus but not required. 4. Experience in the pharmaceutical, petroleum, chemical or food & beverage, tobacco processing industries desired. Capabilities 1. Good consulting skills such as listening and understanding technical client issues. 2. Strong process analysis and conceptual design skills within manufacturing or clinical processes. 3.
