- Goals/Mission Support and increase A&D CD Pilot & Sensor Products business for China (Mainland) by - Giving Technical Support & Training (internally and externally), - Making Marketing Analysis, - Conducting Promotion/Marketing activities including Market Launch of new products. Working Partners/Contacts Reporting to A&D CD Product Management / A&D CD GM Communication partners: - CD BU internally (CD PM’s, CD Business Development/Marketing) - SLC Regional CD BU Coordinators/Regional Sales - Customers (internal and external) - HQ Germany and JV Tasks Product Management for LV Motor Control Products: - Product Range: o Pilot & Sensor Products: Pushbutton & Indicator Lights, Sensor Proximity Switches, Position Switches, Safety Combination Relays, etc, ·Transfer product knowledge into the market, build-up function and application know-how: ·Transfer market knowledge back to HQ Germany/local JV for products improvement ·Provide market analysis and ongoing competitor analysis ·Marketing activities (in cooperation with CD BU Marketing) ·Drive and cooperate with regional sales to follow up strategic targets/branches/customers ·Responsible for complete China market (mainland) ·The A&D CD GM is to be informed about important aspects of the PM’s work. Education Bachelor / Master Degree, major in Electrical Engineering or related. Knowledge/Languages ·Very good technical and product knowledge ·Very good product application knowledge of products and relevant standards ·Best-practice communication skills (presentation-and training skills, motivational communication) ·English fluently (verbal/writing) ·Competent in use of PC (Windows/Office) Experience - 3+ years experience in promoting/selling LV Products into Panel Builder/Industrial Market, experienced in supporting Customers, Design Institutes in the field of Low Voltage products in China - Application experience of LV Power Distribution Products (efficient support for projects in A&D regional offices/Panel Builder teams/customer support teams is required) Capabilities - Self-motivated, - Demonstrated initiatives, - Good analytical ability, - Good communication skill. - Team work spirit.
