- Tasks: -Focus on new Sirius local products and technology, analysis the potential OEM customers and make suitable technical solutions for customer with the new Sirius local. Collect branch competitors’ information including price, features, service& movement; 针对新Sirius Blue国产化产品和技术,分析潜在OEM客户,并针对客户制定产品选型设计方案。同时收集行业市场和竞争对手的信息,包括价格、特点、服务和动向;制订行业客户发展策略; -In future focus on branch development solution and promotion tools to region sales and customers; develop new OEM customers in specific branches. 寻找并提炼行业发展方案和促销手段;在特定行业开发的OEM客户。 -Understand the market needs and feedback to product management team. 了解市场需求,并向产品管理部门提供反馈; -Interface and coordinate business activates of key accounts; coordinate for sales and business related issues of cross-region key accounts 重要客户的接口和协调人;协调跨区域重要客户的相关业务事宜; Support BDM and region Sales on projects involving key accounts. 在与重要客户相关的项目上,支持业务发展经理和区域销售的工作。 -Education Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or automation Knowledge/Languages: -English: fluently(verbal & writing) -advanced knowledge of Low Voltage Experience: -Min 3-5 years OEM/ Control panel design or R&D experience in Low Voltage; it would be better to have OEM customer pre-sales related/ Business development experience Project management experience would be preferable -Experience in leading a team is a plus Communication with the according department in Germany is required
