- Goals/Mission Develop China Market Industry Focused market knowledge. Develop Industry Strategy together with colleagues and implement in the Sales Force. Tasks ·Gain Market & Technical knowledge of the assigned Branch ·Determine Target Business Opportunities (including Target Machines, Solution Packages, Training, etc) ·Determine Market Potential for Siemens ·Identify Target Customers ·Develop Branch Strategy for China ·Branch oriented Marketing for Advertising, Road Shows, Industry Shows, etc. ·Support Sales Colleagues to increase Branch Sales and Activity ·Communicate with Global CC Team ·Facilitate communication of China/Global CC Team and Sales Teams ·Provide Application Knowledge documents & Sales Tools to Sales Education Bachelor or above, major in Electrical Engineer or technical related. Knowledge/Languages General know how of the industries. Market Data Collection techniques. Market Data Analysis techniques. Production Machinery knowledge Experience At least 3 years in Industry Machinery Sales, Sales Suppport, etc (Machinery Manufacturer and End User contact) Capabilities - Good analytical ability, - Good communication skill, - Good planning and organizing skill, - Team work and self-motivated.
