- Responsibility: -Responsibility of achieving the regional product target figure in line with the product strategy from BU, promote the product know-how in the region, collect related market info & feed back to BU, such as, target customers, competitor, technical trends, successful story, achieved application, etc.. -Identify regional target customer & acquire target customer in close cooperation with regional sales & partners, report to BU with related status info. -Presales support for internal sales with the coordination of CS/CoC, such as, product support, sales champion, determining and implementing pricing & bidding strategy. -Drive product specific campaigns and market activities, organize and provide regional seminar, workshop for internal sales, partners, and customers, impact branch associations and design institutes. Requirements: -Over 5 years experience in automation and related field, familiar with product selling or pre-sales support. -Knowledge of automation High-end PLC product. Familiar with Siemens High-end PLC product is a plus. -Bachelor degree or above in Automation, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. -Oral and written communication skills in English -Travel frequently.
