- Goals/Mission Giving Technical Support & Training (internally and externally) Tasks Product Range: - Motor Control Products: contactors; circuit breakers; overload relays; soft-starters, etc, - Pilot & Sensor Products, - Communicapable control & switch gears Technical support on products and applications, build-up function and application know-how: - Work with Product Support personnel to resolve product, application and customer issues, and mantain the FAQ database - Give training (internally/externally) on products (technically, sales arguments, applications), - Conduct internal/external presentations to promote CC products into the target markets, Provide feedback to product management on product issues: - Evolving applications, - Perceived product deficiencies, - Updating Competitive information on products. Technical support on product testing issues for applying certificates and approvals; Conduct technical evaluation on quality isuues Education Bachelor degree or above in Electrical Engineering Knowledge/Languages - Very good technical and product knowledge - Very good product application knowledge of products and relevant standards - English fluently (verbal/writing) - Competent in use of PC (Windows/Office) Experience - 3+ years experienced in supporting Customers, Design Institutes in the field of Low Voltage products in China Capabilities - Demonstrated team player and ability to work well in team environment and share ideas. - Proactive approach to tasks and displays initiative. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Strong listening skills. - Strong customer focused behavior and ability to build relationships with customers. - Flexible and adaptable: Open to change and modification of tasks. - Self-motivated and can work well individually and as part of a team. - Quality focused Additional Information Travelling within China required 如对本职位感兴趣请由此进入西门子网站直接申请
