- Goals/Mission: -Develop business in new industries and increase market share in existing strong industries by developing new applications and additional new customers ,special focus on power industry Working Partners/Contacts: -Reporting to section manager Large Drive Business Unit –Business Development -Communication internal with Large Drive Business Unit ,regional sales ,Joint venture, Large Drive Headquarter. -Communication external with customers ,sub suppliers Tasks: -Develop business in new industries for all Large Drive products and systems -Develop business in existing industries with new applications and customers for all Large Drive products and systems (1) 在相关行业开发及推广西门子业务。 (2) 组织及协调区域销售和产品部门的综合资源。 (3) 制定与寻求新行业、新应用的销售策略。 Education: -Bachelor degree -Major in Electrical Engineering , Automation -学士学位。 -电气工程,自动化专业。 Knowledge/Languages: -Technical know-how -Familiar with related products services -Familiar with Market and Buying Market -Customer /sales approach know –how -Fluent in writing and reading English 熟悉变频器或电机。 Experience: -Professional Experience Minimum 5 years experience in sales/marketing or engineering in the area of large electrical drives ,application . -Project Experience: Experience in project handing required -LeadershipExperienc: not required ,nice to have -Intercultural Experience : Experience in foreign company 有电力、石化、石油、有色相关行业经验。 从事5年以上上述行业相关工作。 有设计院工作经验者优先。
