- Goals/Mission - Supporting sales team to achieve sales goal for Low Voltage Products in a territory. - Giving Technical Support & Training (internally and externally) to sales team. Working Partners/Contacts Reporting to A&D CD CC Product Management/A&D CD GM Communication partners: - CD BU internally (CD PM’s, CD Business Development/Marketing) - SLC Regional CD BU Coordinators/Regional Sales - customers (internal and external) Tasks Technical support for LV Control Components (CC) Products: ·Product Range: o All low voltage products ·Working in Product Business Unit in Beijing for appro.6 to 12 months, then transfer to sales region for CD product promotion and sales ·Technical support on products and applications, build-up function and application know-how: o Work with Product Support personnel to resolve product, application and customer issues, and mantain the FAQ database o Give training (internally/externally) on products (technically, sales arguments, applications), o Conduct internal/external presentations to promote CC products into the target markets, ·Provide feedback to product management on product issues: o Evolving applications, o Perceived product deficiencies, o Updating Competitive information on products. ·Technical support on product testing issues for applying certificates and approvals. Conduct technical evaluation on quality isuues. Education University degree in Electrical Engineering Knowledge/Languages o Very good technical and product knowledge o Very good product application knowledge of products and relevant standards o English fluently (verbal/writing) o Competent in use of PC (Windows/Office) Experience o 3+ years experienced in supporting Customers, Design Institutes in the field of Low Voltage products in China Capabilities o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills o Strong customer focused behavior o Ability to work well in team environment and share ideas. o Proactive approach to tasks - displays initiative. o Strong listening skills. o Ability to build relationships with customers. o Flexible and adaptable: Open to change and modification of tasks. o Self-motivated and can work well individually and as part of a team. o Quality focused 如对本职位感兴趣请由此进入西门子网站直接申请
