  • Tasks Marketing: Collect all available market data.(including distributor, OEM customer and competitor information), create an overview of the A&D market in Nanning Launch suitable measures to explore new partner/OEM customers in order to increase our market share Secure the promotion of all Automation & Drives products, solutions and services in the area / application of the team Fills in Maximizer for all companies it visited or it has information about incl. customers aims and demand Support the establishment and maintenance of the Automation&Drives knowledge database Customers: Responsible to set up an efficient, healthy and well organized partner network (e. g. retailer network) in Nanning Visit important customers/partner regularly and establish good but also effective, long term relationships (alliance) on all. Collect feedback from partners/customers and forward to PM/OEM Business Section Manager (e. g. about our solutions, products, prices, delivery times) Implement the strategy and price policy of the Automation &Drives Business Unit’s Offers, Orders: Make sure that the order processing is running well Take care about the receivables of the customers Take care that the necessary order cover sheets are all filled in properly Budget: Responsible for the budget of the team and of your own VBez Follow up the budget fulfillment of the team Do all the necessary measures to fulfill the respective budgets Education Bechelor degree or above in electrical technology Knowledge/Languages 1. Good PLC and Converter knowledge background; 2. Good interpersonal communication skill; 3. Good English command; Experience 1. At least 3 years relevant experience in Industry Automation field ; 2.
