- Job Deｓ ｃｒｉｐｔion: 1.Set up the team of regional promoters. 2.Set up and follow up on a specific training program for the promoters. 3.Monitor the development of the complete Siemens Automation and Drives Automation Systems product business in the region and give feedback to the Business Developer on a frequent basis. 4.Measure and manage the promoters: defining the individual goals of the promoters, day-to-day management. 5.Coordinate larger SIMATIC pre-sales activities which include more than 1 promoter. 6.Measured by the order income development of the complete product business in the region east. Job Requirements: 1.Over 5 years experience in automation and related field, familiar with product selling or pre-sales support. 2.Over 2 years of Project Management experience in relative industry. 3.Bachelor degree or above in Automation, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. 4.Oral and written communication skills in English. 5.Travel frequently.
