Key Responsibilities:

1¡¢Verifyrequirements and functionalities from program management

2¡¢Interfacewith ODM/OEM vendors for SW customization and localization etc.

3¡¢Identifytechnical risks and opportunities for improvements

4¡¢Createor participate in creating high level design and design estimation

5¡¢Familiarwith Switch/Router/WLAN product SW architecture and design

6¡¢Actas technical consultant for testers, and other downstream users of the content,upstream interface with HW

7¡¢Ontimedelivery with high quality and adherence to corporate processes and procedures

8 Ensuringhigh quality delivery in adherence to industry standard quality systems (ISO,TL9000, CMMI)

9¡¢Deliveryof individual SW features: Design, Coding, Unit Test (UT) & IntegrationTest (IT)

10¡¢Supportfor product verification validation activities (consultation and defectresolution support)

Qualifications / Experience Required:

1.Bachelor¡¯sdegree or above in Computer Science, Electronics / Electrical Engineering,Telecommunications

2.7+years of experience working in Telecommunications, Enterprise or other relatedindustries

3.Goodwritten and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin

4.Demonstratedtechnical leadership and software programming Proficiency using C, C++, andObject Oriented technologies

5.Richexperience in IP network domain with deep understanding to TCP/IP, QoS,Tunneling, Routing and Switching technologies

6.Experiencewith software engineering and life-cycle management

7.Experiencewith Linux and inter-process communication

Pluses:

1.Experiencein Bootrom, OS layer, driver layer or middle-ware development is an asset

2.Knowledgeof 802.11 protocol suite and WLAN technology is preference

3 . Experience in java and SNMP etc
