ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1) Maintain Channel map, propose andexecute channel development plan for the region
2) As an important interface between thecompany and distributors, VARs and other partners, conduct daily channelmanagement include: project funnel, project registration, business target setting,distributor contract, business forecast and so on
3) Lead marketing and sales activitieswithin the company's partners
4) Provide necessary report to higher salesmanages related to channels and business
5) Manage sales leads from channel partnersand drive business
6) Support the regional sales team andfunctional team to achieve yearly target
BACKGROUND:
1) Bachelor of electronic or communication,MBA is a plus
2) Minimum 8 years’ experience of channelmanagement in electrical, electronic or other B2B market
3) Rich experience for low Extra-LowVoltage System market in region
4) Good communication and interpersonalskills
5) Good English skills both in written andoral English
6) Good Cantonese communication skill
7) Good skills in data analysis andpresentation
8) High standard of integrity
9) Willing to travel up to 50%
