国内的工程机械龙头三一重工股份有限公司也要进军机器人工业了，供给资金支撑的是福建首富陈发树和国内一家阳光私募公司。
三一重工12月20日布告称，以每股7元的价格共转让4.5亿股股份，接盘者为福建巨贾陈发树和上海朱雀珠玉橙出资中心（下称朱雀出资），二者分别出资21亿元和10.5亿元。
三一重工将此款项投向民营银行准备、机器人及智慧工厂研发项目、流程信息化前进项目。
股权交割完成后，三一集团持有三一重工的股比由为56.16%降至50.26%；陈发树将成为其第二大股东，持有股份3.94%；朱雀出资占总股本的1.97%，为第三大股东。
陈发树是福建籍企业家，新华都实业集团创办人及董事长，一同兼任武夷山游览股份副董事长、紫金矿业集团股份有限公司董事。新华都实业集团以百货、超市为主业，在工程机械、房地产等职业亦有涉猎。陈发树2009年中选福布斯我国富豪榜，在财富门槛逐年前进的2014年福布斯富豪榜中，陈发树仍以153亿元的财富，在全国400位富豪中，和恒安集团的施文博并排第47位，并排福建首富方位。
朱雀出资成立于2007年，是一家阳光私募公司，有限合伙人则由具有金融、地产、IT和消费等工业范畴布景的出资者构成。
工程机械商场需求仍然低迷，三一重工的盈利才华严峻下滑。本年前三季度归属母公司净利润15.9亿元，同比下降46.5%。三一重工的主要产品混凝土泵车、挖掘机、轿车起重机等的销量，同比下滑均逾越30%以上。
怎样脱节困境？三一重工正在进行多方自救。12月初，三一重工联手母公司、及湖南汉森制药等五家公司作为主发起人，出资30亿元成立了湖南的第一家民营银行，企图通过建立银行来脱节资金束缚。
研发机器人则是三一重工释放出的另一转向信号。根据世界机器人 联合会IFR数据，2005年-2015年，全球工业机器人年均出售增长率为9%，期间我国工业机器人年均出售增长率抵达25%，到2015年底，我国有望成为全球第二大机器人商场。
三一重工标明，具有认知才华且可与人协作的智能机器人将成为智慧工厂的主力军，三一重工将投入资金研发机器人，前进智能制作才华。
